The surface after processing is very smooth and easy to anodize and color. The disadvantage is that if it is parked at room temperature for a period of time after quenching, it will have an adverse effect on the strength (parking effect). The chemical composition of 6063 aluminum rod is mainly 0.2-0.6 silicon, 0.1 copper, 0.45-0.9 magnesium, 0.1 zinc, 0.1 manganese, 0.1 titanium, 0.1 chromium, 0.35 iron. Its tensile strength is 130-230Mpa, yield strength is 55.2Mpa, and elongation is 25%.
