6063 T651 Aluminum plate is a low alloyed Al-Mg-Si series of high plastic alloy. It has many valuable characteristics: 1. Heat treatment strengthening, high impact toughness, sensitive to lack. 2. Excellent thermoplasticity, which can be extruded into complex structures at high speed. Thin wall. Hollow various profiles or forged into complex structure forgings, wide quenching temperature range, low quenching sensitivity, extrusion and forging after stripping, as long as the temperature is higher than the quenching temperature. Quenching can be done by spraying or piercing water. Thin-walled parts (6< 3mm) can also implement wind quenching. 3. Excellent welding performance and corrosion resistance, no stress corrosion cracking tendency, in the heat treatment can strengthen the aluminum alloy, Al-Mg-Si alloy is the only alloy that has not found stress corrosion cracking phenomenon. 4. The surface after processing is very smooth and easy to anodize and color. The disadvantage is that if it is parked at room temperature for a period of time after quenching, it will have an adverse effect on the strength (parking effect). The chemical composition of 6063 aluminum rod is mainly 0.2-0.6 silicon, 0.1 copper, 0.45-0.9 magnesium, 0.1 zinc, 0.1 manganese, 0.1 titanium, 0.1 chromium, 0.35 iron. Its tensile strength is 130-230Mpa, yield strength is 55.2Mpa, and elongation is 25%. It is widely used in building profiles, irrigation pipes, extrusion materials for vehicles, benches, furniture, lifts, fences, etc., and decorative components with different colors for aircraft, ships, light industry, buildings, etc.
