1060 H112 Alumina coil Alumina Coil form a thin layer of aluminum oxide with a thickness of 5-20 microns on the surface. The hard anodized film can reach 60-200 microns. The anodized aluminum coil improves its hardness and wear resistance, up to 250-500kg/square millimetre, with good heat resistance. The melting point of the hard anodized film is up to 2320K, with good insulation, and the breakdown resistance voltage is up to 2000V, enhancing the corrosion resistance ω= 0.03NaCl salt spray does not corrode for thousands of hours. The thin oxide film contains a large number of micropores and can adsorb various lubricants, making it suitable for manufacturing engine cylinders or other wear-resistant parts; This membrane has strong microporous adsorption ability and can be colored into various beautiful colors. Non ferrous metals or their alloys (such as aluminum, magnesium, and their alloys) can undergo anodizing treatment.

(3) Strong metallic feeling: Anodized aluminum plate has a high surface hardness of gemstone grade, good scratch resistance, no paint coverage on the surface, retains the metallic color of the aluminum plate, highlights the modern metallic feeling, improves the product grade and added value.
(4) High fire resistance: Pure metal products, free from paint or any chemical substances on the surface, do not burn at high temperatures of 600 degrees Celsius, do not produce toxic gases, and meet fire and environmental requirements.
(5) Strong stain resistance: no fingerprints, stains, easy to clean, and no corrosion spots.
(6) Strong applicability: widely used, suitable for metal aluminum ceilings, curtain wall panels, aluminum plastic panels, fire-resistant panels, honeycomb aluminum panels, aluminum veneers, electrical panels, cabinet panels, furniture panels, etc.
