3005 H18 Patterned aluminum tube patterned aluminum pipes are widely used decorative tubes in the current market. For example, we are familiar with products such as mop aluminum tubes, broom aluminum tubes, carved aluminum tubes, and wind chime aluminum tubes, and the surface of these aluminum tubes will be processed
There are generally six common processing techniques for aluminum patterned pipes: manual carving, mechanical milling, sandblasting, embossing, chemical corrosion, and electrochemical corrosion.
1. Handcarved
Pure manual methods are also simple methods. Use diamond blades to carve various patterns, usually used for carving stainless steel surface patterns with low precision. Manual carving has poor accuracy, high labor intensity, and low work efficiency.
2. Mechanical milling
Mechanical technology, operating mechanical equipment to rotate cutting tools for milling and cutting. Generally used for stainless steel flat plate carving. Easy to deep milling.
3. Sandblasting method
High speed diamond sand is usually sprayed with compressed air on the surface of stainless steel pipe fittings, creating a sand pattern. The depth is relatively shallow, generally not greater than 0.08mm, and the surface is rough, making it difficult to spray fine patterns.
4. Imprinting method
This is also a common method. Local materials obtain patterns by using molds, molds, or rollers to produce plastic deformation. The depth of imprinting is generally between 0.05 and 0.2mm, which is referred to as a longer stress mark.
5. Chemical corrosion
Generally, a patterned corrosion-resistant film is generated on the surface of stainless steel pipes and etched in an appropriate corrosive solution. Then remove the film to obtain a higher precision pattern. At present, it is suitable for large-scale production. The etching depth can generally reach 0.02-0.05mm.
6. Electrochemical corrosion
Auxiliary electricity is used to corrode the surface of workpieces covered with patterned corrosion resistant films in an appropriate electrochemical corrosion solution to obtain etched patterns. The etching speed is fast and the pattern is deep, requiring specialized instruments and equipment. The cost is relatively high.
