3003 H112 hexagonal aluminum bar is a commonly used product in the aluminum-manganese alloy series. Due to the manganese alloy elements, this product has excellent anti-rust properties, also known as anti-rust aluminum plate. The strength is about 10% higher than that of 1100, and the formability, weldability and corrosion resistance are all good. Used for processing parts that require good formability, high corrosion resistance and good weldability, such as kitchen utensils, food and chemical product processing and storage devices, tanks and tanks for transporting liquid products, various pressures processed by thin plates Containers and pipes, general utensils, heat sinks, cosmetic boards, photocopier rollers, and ship materials. It is the most widely used anti-rust aluminum. The strength of this alloy is not high, and it cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. Therefore, the cold working method is used to improve its mechanical properties: it has high plasticity in the annealed state, and plasticity in semi-cold work hardening. Good, low plasticity during cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, poor machinability. Mainly used for low-load parts that require high plasticity and good weldability, working in liquid or gaseous media, such as fuel tanks, gasoline or lubricating oil conduits, various liquid containers and other small-load parts made by deep drawing: The wire is used to make rivets.
