Excellent welding performance and corrosion resistance, no stress corrosion cracking tendency, in the heat treatment can strengthen the aluminum alloy, Al-Mg-Si alloy is the only alloy that has not found stress corrosion cracking phenomenon. 4. The surface after processing is very smooth and easy to anodize and color. The disadvantage is that if it is parked at room temperature for a period of time after quenching, it will have an adverse effect on the strength (parking effect). The chemical composition of 6063 aluminum rod is mainly 0.2-0.6 silicon, 0.1 copper, 0.45-0.9 magnesium, 0.1 zinc, 0.1 manganese, 0.1 titanium, 0.1 chromium, 0.35 iron. Its tensile strength is 130-230Mpa, yield strength is 55.2Mpa, and elongation is 25%.
