1100 H18 Angle aluminum Angle aluminum is an aluminum profile with two perpendicular intersecting edges, which is L-shaped and has sides ranging from ten millimeters to one or two hundred millimeters in length and thicknesses ranging from one millimeter to several tens of millimeters.Angular/ Angle aluminum can be divided into equal angle aluminum and unequal angle aluminum. Equal angle aluminum is an aluminum profile with two edges of equal length, such as both 20mm, 30mm, or 100mm.
Unequal angle aluminum, as the name suggests, refers to an aluminum profile with two unequal edges, such as one edge being 20mm and the other edge being 30mm, or one edge being 50mm and the other edge being 60mm, and so on.
Angular/ Angle aluminum is mainly used for edge sealing of ceiling edges. This type of corner aluminum has a relatively thin thickness, which may be around one millimeter. It is also useful for mechanical equipment, such as connectors, which are a bit thicker, usually two to three millimeters or thicker. The application of angle aluminum is still very extensive, and due to its customizable size and thickness, it is deeply loved by customers.
1100 Chemical element content (%) is industrial pure aluminum, aluminum content (mass fraction) is 99.00%, can not be strengthened by heat treatment. With high corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, its density is small, good plasticity, through pressure processing can produce all kinds of aluminum, but low strength. Other process properties are basically the same as 1050A.
Applications: 1100 is usually used to require good formability, high corrosion resistance, and does not require high strength, such as video and chemical handling and storage equipment, sheet metal products, hollow hardware processed with drawn cargo spinning, welding keys, reflectors, name plates, etc.
