5A05 H112 Anodized aluminum plate is an Al-Mg series anti-rust aluminum alloy, which cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. The magnesium content of this alloy is higher, and its strength is lower, which is similar to that of 5A03 alloy. Alloy cold deformation can increase the strength, but reduce the plasticity. The plasticity in the annealed state is high, and the plasticity in the semi-cold hardened state is acceptable. The alloy has good corrosion resistance and good weldability, and is suitable for spot welding, atomic hydrogen welding, gas welding, and argon arc welding. Its machinability is poor in the annealed state, but good in the semi-cold work hardened state.

Product introduction

5A05 alloy is usually used to manufacture welded pipes, welded fuel tanks and other liquid containers, and other parts that require high process plasticity, good corrosion resistance, and medium load; wire rods are used as electrodes and rivets, and rivets need to be anodized. In foreign countries, similar alloys (such as 5456) are used to make armor plates and high-strength structural parts. Storage tanks, pressure vessels, and marine components.
